Rizal High School or commonly known as RHS an institution of secondary education based in Pasig, Metro Manila, Philippines. It is listed as the largest secondary school in the world since 1993 by the Guinness Book of World Records until 2005 when City Montesorri School in Lucknow, India held the title of the world's biggest school, when it had 29,212 pupils, beating Rizal High School in Manila, Philippines, which had 19,738 pupils. The school was named after the Philippine national hero, Dr. Jose P. Rizal. Notable graduates of the institution include former Senate presidents Neptali Gonzales and Senator Jovito Salonga, former Senator Rene Saguisag, Maestro Lucio San Pedro, and National Artist Carlos "Botong" Francisco to mention a few. As it enters the Third Millennium, it is envisioned that Rizal High School shall have: fully-equipped buildings with modern facilities and multi-media equipment that can compete globally; highly-qualified teachers committed to service and possess moral strength and stability; empowered students who are creative, inventive and inquisitive who work towards progress and development in the next millennium; advanced research and development program that would totally eradicate illiteracy in Pasig City; and extensive moral training that would impart proper values, attitudes and outlook in life within the school and the community as well.

The change to the present name Rizal High School was made in 1914 when the new building was completed and occupied by the school. The first graduating class was in 1918 of the 30 fouth year students for the March, 27 qualified for graduation.

Rizal high school as a premier school in the Division of Pasig City once again showed its prowess in the implementation of the Senior High School. With the state-of-the-art SHS building (MAE building), well equipped laboratories, classrooms conducive to learning, supportive local government and stakeholders, and most especially dedicated and competent teachers lead by a good and hardworking school head. This is how lucky the Rizalian SHS students are.
It is an honor and privilege on my part to work closely with our School Principal, Teachers, Students and Parents in conceptualizing, developing and implementing programs and projects which can have an important effect not only in the quality of leaning but to our learners as well. Section 2 of the Republic Act (RA) 11032 otherwise known as the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery (EODB-EGSD) Act of 2018 states that: "It is hereby declared that the policy of the State to promote integrity, accountability, proper management of public affairs and public property as well as to establish effective practices, aimed at efficient turnaround of the delivery of government services and the prevention of graft and corruption in the government. Towards this end, the State shall maintain honesty and responsibility among its public officials and employees, and shall take appropriate measures to promote transparency in each agency with regard to the manner of transacting with the public, which shall encompass a program for the adoption of simplified requirements and procedures that will reduce red tape and expedite business and nonbusiness related transactions in government." Section 6 of the Act stipulates that all government agencies shall set up their respective most current and updated service standards to be known as the Citizen's Charter in the form of information billboards, which shall be posted at the most conspicuous place, in their respective websites and in the form of published materials such as handbook written either in English or Filipino, or in local dialect.
